Eternal lover
As beautiful as a field of lush crimson poppies looks, it might seem like an odd place in which to photograph a beautiful woman. Poppies, after all, are a symbol of sleep because of the opium derived from them, and death because of their lurid blood red hue. A whole field of poppies evokes the image of a drowsy, dreamy, eternal sleep, not the sort of place to find the vibrant, engaging delight for the senses that is a beautiful woman. Yet we think this set by new BiM photographer Iurii Galmour shows the beauty of Ingrid to perfection.
